Data Deletion
Authorized internal users can revoke Google access and request deletion of information associated with DLTECH's internal platform.
1. Revoke Google authorization
Open your Google Account security settings, review your third-party connections, select the DLTECH application and remove its access. Revocation prevents new data from being retrieved through that authorization.
2. Submit a deletion request
Email support@dltechapp.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the business email associated with your access and the relevant Google Ads customer ID. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens or API credentials.
3. Verification and completion
We may verify the requester's identity and authority before acting. After verification, we will delete or anonymize data that is no longer required for the stated internal purpose, except where limited retention is necessary for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention obligations.
